Key advancements include the \u201cProp Users\u201d tab for in-depth client insights, secure session control via the \u201cLogout From All Devices\u201d feature and expanded promo code tracking. The update also brings detailed account failure snapshots for improved diagnostics and flexible risk management with optional Max Daily Loss settings. Additionally, the Social Trading experience has been refined with dynamic Take Profit and Maximal Loss adjustments for active subscriptions.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-prop-users-tab-in-crm\">&#8220;Prop Users&#8221; Tab in CRM<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The new &#8220;Prop Users&#8221; tab in the CRM displays a list of all users who have at least one prop account. This gives the Broker a centralised location to analyse the activity and value of clients using prop accounts. The tab includes the full history of purchased accounts, their statuses and data related to challenges, any add-ons and used promo codes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Benefits:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Effective user segmentation: <\/strong>Consolidating purchase and activity data in one place makes it possible to quickly create customer segments (e.g. based on number of accounts, most recent purchase or total fees paid).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Comprehensive user insight: <\/strong>Enables a full view of the user journey\u2014from account purchase to final status\u2014which supports both customer service and behavioural analysis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Improved support handling: <\/strong>With access to account status history and the possibility to view a snapshot at the point of failure, the support team can more effectively analyse user reports and complaints.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Transparent financial breakdown: <\/strong>Separating the base challenge fee from the actual amount paid by the user (including discounts and add-ons) allows for better financial management and commission verification.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure id=\"prop-users\" class=\"wp-block-video\"><video autoplay controls loop muted src=\"https:\/\/test.noble-trading.com\/match-trade\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Zakladka-Prop-Users-w-CRM.mp4\"><\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-logout-from-all-devices\">Logout From All Devices<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A new resource has been introduced in CRM user role management, giving full control over the \u201cLogout From All Devices\u201d button available at a user\u2019s account level. This feature enables remote logout of a user from all active sessions. It can be used by support, compliance and system administration teams in cases of suspected unauthorised access or the need to force re-authentication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Benefits:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Supports quick and effective remote logout from all devices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minimises abuse risk and enhances control over user sessions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure id=\"logout\" class=\"wp-block-video\"><video autoplay controls loop muted src=\"https:\/\/test.noble-trading.com\/match-trade\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Opcja-Logout-From-All-Devices.mp4\"><\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-close-all-positions-endpoint\">&#8220;Close All Positions&#8221; Endpoint<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A new endpoint allows for the bulk closing of all positions for selected trading accounts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-promo-codes-amp-add-ons-history\">Promo Codes &amp; Add-Ons History<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>As part of the CRM\u2019s expanded functionality, the <strong>&#8220;Promo Codes&#8221;<\/strong> and <strong>&#8220;Add-Ons&#8221;<\/strong> tabs now include a list of discount codes and add-ons used by users, along with the option to export this data to a CSV file.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Benefits:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Transparency and full control: <\/strong>Admins gain instant visibility into the effectiveness of specific promotional campaigns and add-on usage.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Operational and customer support: <\/strong>When users raise questions or manual verification is needed (e.g. referral commissions), the data is immediately accessible in the CRM.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Marketing optimisation:<\/strong> By analysing actual usage of codes and add-ons, the marketing team can better tailor promotions and adjust offers to match customer preferences.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure id=\"codes\" class=\"wp-block-video\"><video autoplay controls loop muted src=\"https:\/\/test.noble-trading.com\/match-trade\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Historia-wykorzystanych-Promo-Codes-oraz-kupionych-Add-Ons.mp4\"><\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-account-failure-snapshot\">Account Failure Snapshot<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To improve diagnostic tools and transparency around the status of prop and tournament accounts, a new feature was added to generate and display snapshots for failed accounts. When viewing a user\u2019s details in the \u201cProp Users\u201d tab, a \u201cFailure Snapshot\u201d field now appears in the trading accounts table.
