We can enable auto IB functionality at Broker\u2019s request, and every new user has access to the Partner room and can recommend new clients. We have changed also name to the Partner Room (previously IB Room) to simplify it for customers who are unfamiliar with the IB system,&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video margin-top-low\"><video autoplay controls loop muted preload=\"auto\" src=\"https:\/\/test.noble-trading.com\/match-trade\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/partner-room.mp4\" playsinline><\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-information-about-the-crypto-deposit-attempt\">Information about the crypto deposit attempt<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In our CRM applications, when the user initiates a deposit using crypto payment methods (Crypto Agent, Crypto Credit Card or Crypto Wire Transfer), a record with NEW status appears in the Deposits view. Thus, the Broker receives information that the client has attempted to deposit and can contact him to help with the cryptocurrency deposit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-online-now-status-in-match-trader-crm\">Online now status in Match-Trader CRM<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>From now on, If the client is currently logged in to Match-Trader or Client Office, Broker sees this information in the Accounts view in the Last online column. If the user is online on the platform, the text \u201cOnline now\u201d appears in the column.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video margin-top-low\"><video autoplay controls loop muted preload=\"auto\" src=\"https:\/\/test.noble-trading.com\/match-trade\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/online-now.mp4\" playsinline><\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-managing-match2pay-balance-in-crm\">Managing Match2Pay balance in CRM<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We\u2019ve added a slight improvement to our Payment Gateway, thanks to which it is possible to check broker\u2019s balance available in Match2Pay directly from the CRM level and withdraw these funds using cryptocurrency or wire transfer, without the need to log in to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.match2pay.com\/\">Match2Pay system<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-details-button-for-crypto-deposits-in-client-office-nbsp\">\u201cDetails\u201d button for Crypto Deposits in Client Office&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In the Payment history view in <a href=\"https:\/\/test.noble-trading.com\/match-trade\/offer\/client-office-traders-room\/\">our Client Office<\/a>, we\u2019ve added a new \u201cDetails\u201d button, visible for crypto deposits and withdrawals with pending or done status. The button redirects to an external information page with a transaction in the blockchain, where the history of the transactions and their current real status are available. The client can check the status of the transaction without the Broker involved.<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video margin-top-low\"><video autoplay controls loop muted preload=\"auto\" src=\"https:\/\/test.noble-trading.com\/match-trade\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/block-explorers-status.mp4\" playsinline><\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-redirection-to-broker-s-website-for-ib-links-nbsp\">Redirection to broker\u2019s website for IB links&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In our April release, we\u2019ve added a slight improvement in our Client office to optimize the customer acquisition process. If the Broker uses our template for the website, he can create a link for the IB that will redirect to the Broker\u2019s website. Thus the client can first get acquainted with the offer. After that, he has 30 days to register through the registration link under the IB who recommended him.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-event-filtering-in-timeline-view-in-crm-nbsp\">Event filtering in Timeline view in CRM&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A drop-down list with event filters has appeared in the Timeline view (Accounts tab) in our CRM app for Brokers. You can select the type of event of interest, after which only events matching the selected filter will be displayed.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video margin-top-low\"><video autoplay controls loop muted preload=\"auto\" src=\"https:\/\/test.noble-trading.com\/match-trade\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/timeline-filters.mp4\" playsinline><\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-noqodi-amp-paypound-deposits-nbsp\">Noqodi &amp; Paypound deposits&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In April releases, we\u2019ve integrated Noqodi &amp; Paypound deposits to our Match2Pay Payment<strong> <\/strong>Gateway:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Noqodi is a payment systems provider that offers the possibility of using E-Cash accounts, Credit Card and NetBanking. The supported currency is the United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Paypound is a payment provider operating in many countries worldwide and offering primarily payment methods using Credit Card. Supported currencies are USD, HKD, GBP, JPY, EUR, AUD, CAD, SGD, NZD, TWD, KRW, DKK, TRL, MYR, THB, INR, PHP, CHF, SEK, ILS, ZAR, RUB, NOK, AED, BRL, CLP, PEN, MXN, TND.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-brand-new-design-for-our-crm-app-nbsp\">Brand new design for our CRM app&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We\u2019ve upgraded the design of our Match-Trade CRM app. Now it&#8217;s more intuitive, user friendly and modern. The update is already available for all our customers.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-ui-optimization-in-the-match-trader-platform-nbsp\">UI optimization in the Match-Trader platform&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In April, we improved the visibility of some elements in our Match-Trader trading platform, including symbols and the order opening view. The wallet address in the crypto deposit view (QR code) is fully visible (also in the mobile MTR version).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-balance-exchange-between-fiat-currencies-in-match2pay-nbsp-nbsp\">Balance exchange between FIAT currencies in Match2Pay&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The ability to convert balance by the broker at the current rate was added to our Match2Pay Payment Gateway. This new improvement is helpful for Brokers who accept crypto deposits and withdrawals in various FIAT currencies.
