After selecting a challenge to take on your website, traders proceed to checkout. Here, they have the option to choose crypto as their payment method and specify the currency for their deposit.  Upon clicking “Pay with Cryptocurrency,” they will receive a QR code and a wallet address for sending the funds, along with the current conversion rate.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Comprehensive Payment Details<\/h3>

Once a wallet address is generated, you can find all your traders\u2019 payment details within the Orders tab of your WordPress Admin panel. This includes the detailed information such as the payment ID (serving as the Match2Pay identifier), the trader’s deposit wallet address, the selected payment gateway, the amount transmitted by the trader, and the remaining balance to be sent.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Management of Multiple Wallet Addresses<\/h3>

If a trader generates multiple wallet addresses during checkout, you can view all the payment IDs that were specifically generated for processing each order in your WordPress system. Additionally, Match2Pay clients can monitor the transaction status directly within the WordPress Admin Panel, eliminating the need to access other sites or systems. .<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Tracking Partially Paid Transactions<\/h3>

Unique to Match2Pay, our plugin supports partially  paid transactions, allowing orders to only update to \u201cPaid\u201d status upon full payment receipt. This  feature provides continuous monitoring and control, enhancing your management over transactions. In the column “Deposited Amount,” you can see the exact amount the trader has sent and the remaining amount due.  If the user hasn’t sent any funds yet, the transaction status will be “Pending Payment\u201d.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Ensuring Accurate Transaction Recording<\/h3>
\n

For a transaction to be correctly recorded, traders must deposit funds into the same wallet address to which they previously sent funds. Such transactions can be identified in the Match2Pay system using the payment ID or transaction order number, which will be included in the transaction details in the trading account info on the platform. The final transaction status is “Completed,” indicating that the order is fulfilled when the user sends the required amount or more. In case of an overpayment, the Prop Trading Company receives information about the excess amount deposited into the wallet.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
